- These 3 observable aspects are interwoven i.e., “spirit-mind-body connection”.
- God is absolute peace and unconditional love – primitive, anthropomorphic depictions are projections from humanity’s own downside.
- Our lives are a divine gift.
- Life operates within a stratum referred to as fields or levels of consciousness.
- Suffering is caused by programs such as thoughts, feelings and emotions which are limited in nature.
- These programs and their underlying energy are impersonal and consequential of the predominant field of consciousness we experience.
- Spiritual progress is not from acquisition, but realized through the surrender of these limited programs and false perceptions of Self.
- Prayer, contemplation, meditation, right living and “letting go” processes aid the ability to surrender.

- Although you may find several references to spirituality it is worth restating – one does not have to be “spiritual” to succeed using these tools. They can work in conjunction or independently of spiritual belief systems.

- People can own falsities or personalities, but not truths. Truth is universal so if you enjoy this work praise the teachings not the teacher. Chances are since this knowledge is ancient in origin the original teachers for many of these studies are not alive anyway.
